Tata Power Company Ltd 10 GW wafer–ingot project

CEO Praveer Sinha said Tata Power plans to finalise its ₹6,500‑crore, 10 GW wafer and ingot manufacturing project by January next year, completing its backward integration across the solar value chain. The company is evaluating locations in states such as Odisha, Tamil Nadu and Andhra Pradesh and expects full clarity on the project in the last quarter of FY26, with a formal announcement targeted in January.
