360 ONE WAM Declares ₹6 Interim Dividend; Issues TDS Guidelines for Shareholders Mumbai, October 20, 2025: 360 ONE WAM Limited (formerly IIFL Wealth Management) announced that its Board of Directors, in the meeting held on October 17, 2025, has approved a second interim dividend of ₹6 per equity share of face value ₹1 each for FY2025-26. In line with the Finance Act, 2020, the company will withhold tax at source (TDS) on dividend payouts as per shareholders’ residential status and documentation submitted. The communication, sent to shareholders via email, outlines detailed TDS rules applicable to both resident and non-resident investors. For resident shareholders, no TDS will apply if the total dividend during FY26 does not exceed ₹5,000. Dividends above this threshold will attract a 10% TDS if PAN is valid and linked with Aadhaar, or 20% if invalid or not linked. Senior citizens and eligible individuals can submit Form 15H/15G to claim exemption. For non-resident shareholders, TDS will be 20% (plus surcharge and cess) or a lower rate as per the relevant tax treaty, subject to valid documentation such as PAN, Tax Residency Certificate (TRC), and Form 10F. All documents must be uploaded to the company’s registrar, MUFG Intime India Pvt. Ltd., by October 27, 2025, to determine the applicable TDS rate.
