ABB India Limited Reports Record Orders in Q4 CY2025
**New Delhi, February 19, 2026:** ABB India Limited announced strong October–December (Q4) and full-year CY2025 results, highlighting robust order momentum across sectors despite margin pressures.
During Q4 CY2025, the company posted its highest fourth-quarter orders in the last five years at ₹4,096 crore, reflecting a sharp 52% year-on-year growth. The surge was supported by broad-based demand from data centers, automotive, railways, metals, and infrastructure segments, along with timely execution of large orders. Revenue for the quarter rose 6% YoY to ₹3,557 crore, with all business areas contributing to growth.
Profit before tax (PBT) for Q4 stood at ₹578 crore, translating to a margin of 16.2%, impacted by higher material costs, forex volatility, and increased labor expenses. Profit after tax (PAT) came in at ₹434 crore, while earnings per share (EPS) were ₹20.43.
For the full year CY2025, ABB India recorded its highest-ever annual orders of ₹14,115 crore and revenue of ₹13,203 crore, both up 8% year-on-year. The company reported full-year PBT of ₹2,230 crore with a margin of 16.9%, and PAT of ₹1,669 crore. Return on capital employed (ROCE) stood at 21%, supported by a strong cash position of ₹5,694 crore and an order backlog of ₹10,471 crore.
The Board recommended a final dividend of ₹29.59 per share.
