(ADSTL)**, has completed the acquisition of the remaining **44.6% stake** in **Flight Simulation Solutions Pvt. Ltd. (FSSPL)**, taking its ownership to **100%**. 🤝 Prior to the transaction, ADSTL held a **55.4% stake** in FSSPL. Following the completion of the share purchase agreement, both **FSSPL** and its subsidiary, **Flight Simulation Technique Centre Pvt. Ltd.
