Adani Green Energy Operationalizes 87.5 MW Renewable Projects in Gujarat

Ahmedabad, September 7, 2025 – Adani Green Energy Limited (AGEL) announced the commercial operationalization of an additional 87.5 MW renewable energy capacity at Khavda, Gujarat. The new projects, executed through its subsidiaries Adani Renewable Energy Forty Five Limited (75 MW) and Adani Renewable Energy Fifty Six Limited (12.5 MW), will be commissioned from September 8, 2025, following the necessary clearances. With this latest addition, AGEL’s total operational renewable generation capacity now stands at 16,078 MW, reinforcing its position as one of India’s largest renewable energy producers. The newly operationalized capacity will further support the company’s goal of expanding sustainable energy infrastructure and contributing to the transition towards cleaner energy sources. The decision to commission the projects was taken at 6:18 p.m. on September 7, 2025, and the company has requested stock exchanges to record the update in compliance with SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosures Requirements) Regulations, 2015. This development aligns with Adani Green Energy’s long-term strategy to scale its renewable portfolio and strengthen its leadership in the sector, catering to the growing demand for sustainable power solutions.
