Amber Group Acquires Majority Stake in Power-One Micro Systems

28 June 2025, Gurugram – Amber Group, through its electronics division IL JIN Electronics, has announced a strategic acquisition of a majority stake in Bengaluru-based **Power-One Micro Systems Pvt. Ltd.**, a leading provider of **solar inverters, EV chargers, battery energy storage systems (BESS)**, and **UPS solutions**. Power-One, established in 1998, has sold over **7 lakh products** across sectors such as defence, railways, data centres, and residential power systems, serving top clients like HAL, BHEL, Tata Group, and L\&T. With over 400 employees and a pan-India service network, it offers a strong growth platform. This acquisition strengthens Amber’s presence in the fast-growing clean energy sector and supports India’s **Atmanirbhar Bharat** and **National Solar Mission** goals.
