Amber Group Signs Definitive Agreement to Acquire Majority Stake in Shogini Technoarts

Amber Enterprises India Limited announced that its electronics arm, IL JIN Electronics India Pvt Ltd, has entered into a definitive agreement to acquire a majority stake in Shogini Technoarts Pvt Ltd, a well-established printed circuit board (PCB) manufacturer based in Pune. The company disclosed the development through a Regulation 30 filing on 14 November 2025. Shogini Technoarts, incorporated in 1982, specializes in manufacturing single-sided, double-sided, multilayer, metal-clad and flex PCBs. Its products serve diverse sectors including automotive, defence, medical electronics, industrial and power electronics, process control, telecommunications, computer peripherals and LED lighting. The company combines engineering and software capabilities to deliver high-quality PCB solutions to leading clients. Amber Group stated that this strategic acquisition aligns with its plan to scale the PCB vertical and strengthen backward integration within its electronics manufacturing ecosystem. The move is expected to enhance operational efficiency, boost localisation, and support India’s efforts toward reducing import dependence in the PCB segment, in line with the Aatmanirbhar Bharat vision. Jasbir Singh, Executive Chairman & CEO of Amber Group, said the acquisition strengthens the group’s transition into a full-stack, backward-integrated EMS leader, supported by existing and upcoming facilities and its JV with Korea Circuit.
