Amber’s Subsidiary IL JIN Raises Stake in Israel’s Unitronics to 41.16%
Amber Enterprises’ material subsidiary **IL JIN Electronics (India) Pvt Ltd** has further increased its indirect stake in **Unitronics (1989) (R"G) Ltd.**, according to a regulatory filing. The stake was acquired through **ILJIN Holding Ltd**, the Israel-based wholly owned arm of IL JIN.
On **4 November 2025**, IL JIN bought **65,000 shares** for **NIS 1,598,350**, followed by another **70,000 shares** on **23 November 2025** for **NIS 1,721,300**, both at **NIS 24.59 per share**.
With these purchases, IL JIN now holds **41.16%** of Unitronics’ equity—crossing SEBI’s materiality threshold and prompting mandatory disclosure.
The company said all detailed annexures were earlier submitted in line with SEBI’s 2024 circular.
