🔧 Bharat Forge Completes Acquisition of AAM India for ₹746.5 Crore

**Pune, July 2, 2025** – Bharat Forge Limited (BFL), a global leader in safety-critical components, has successfully completed the acquisition of **100% shareholding in AAM India Manufacturing Private Limited**. The deal, first announced in October 2024, was finalized after securing the **Competition Commission of India (CCI)** approval in April 2025. The acquisition was concluded at an **equity value of ₹7,464.6 million**, which includes **₹1,894.8 million cash on AAM India's books**, providing Bharat Forge additional financial strength to pursue growth opportunities. The final transaction value remains subject to **net working capital adjustments** as of June 30, 2025. This strategic acquisition enhances Bharat Forge’s product capabilities across both **traditional and new mobility technologies**, bolstering its offerings to Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs) in India and global markets. AAM India, with its strong presence in the automotive space, adds value to Bharat Forge’s vision of providing integrated component solutions.
