## **CONCOR Signs Strategic MoU with Dubai’s Rais Hassan Saadi Group to Boost Global Logistics Connectivity**

**New Delhi, 15 July 2025: Container Corporation of India Ltd. (CONCOR), a Navratna CPSE and a leader in India’s multimodal logistics sector, has announced the signing of a **Memorandum of Understanding (MoU)** with Dubai-based **Rais Hassan Saadi Group (RHS)**. This strategic collaboration, formalized on **14th July 2025**, aims to explore new opportunities in the **overseas shipping and logistics space**, with a clear focus on providing integrated, seamless, and cost-efficient end-to-end logistics solutions across borders. The MoU was signed in the presence of **Shri Sanjay Swarup**, Chairman & Managing Director of CONCOR, and **Mr. Saadi Al Rais**, Chairman of RHS Group, along with senior officials from both organizations. This partnership is expected to combine **CONCOR’s deep expertise in inland logistics, terminal management, and supply chain solutions** with RHS’s established global presence in **shipping, freight forwarding, and maritime services**.
