The company sold 683 homes covering approximately 1.20 million sq. ft. during the launch. With a total developable potential of ~4.14 million sq. ft. and estimated revenue potential of ~₹3,600 crore, the project significantly enhances GPL’s presence in South India. This marks GPL’s second successful Hyderabad launch in 2025 crossing the ₹1,000 crore sales milestone, highlighting the city’s strong demand for branded residences.
