IndusInd Bank Appoints Rajiv Anand as MD & CEO

IndusInd Bank’s Board of Directors has approved the appointment of Rajiv Anand as the new Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, effective August 25, 2025, for a term of three years. Anand brings over 35 years of experience in banking and financial services, having previously served as Deputy Managing Director at Axis Bank. His domain expertise spans capital markets, treasury, and asset management, with a strong track record in growing both retail and corporate businesses. Sunil Mehta, Chairman of the Board, stated that the board is confident Anand’s leadership aligns with their commitment to appointing a leader with the right skills and values to steer the bank forward.
