Infosys Q4 FY25 Financial Results – Summary
Infosys posted a steady performance in Q4 FY25, reporting revenue of ₹40,925 crore, up 7.9% year-on-year (YoY), though down 2% sequentially. In constant currency terms, revenue grew 4.8% YoY. Operating margin stood at 21.0%, showing a 0.9% YoY improvement. Net profit declined 11.7% YoY to ₹7,038 crore due to higher tax outgo and a dip in other income. Earnings per share (EPS) for the quarter was ₹16.98.
Free cash flow remained strong at ₹7,737 crore for Q4, marking a 10% YoY growth. The company declared a final dividend of ₹22 per share for FY25, taking the total dividend up by 13.2% from the previous year.
Infosys closed FY25 with revenues of ₹1,62,990 crore (up 6.1% YoY), operating profit of ₹34,424 crore, and net profit of ₹26,713 crore. Free cash flow for the full year was at an all-time high of ₹34,549 crore.
Key strategic highlights include the acquisitions of MRE Consulting (energy tech) and The Missing Link (cybersecurity), and Mitsubishi Heavy Industries investing in Infosys’ Japanese JV HIPUS. The FY26 guidance forecasts 0-3% revenue growth with operating margins between 20-22%. Infosys remains confident in its strong AI, cloud, and automation-led offerings for future growth.
