Infosys Wins £1.2 Billion NHS Transformation Deal Bengaluru, October 14, 2025 — Infosys Ltd has secured a £1.2 billion (₹12,000 crore), 15-year contract from the NHS Business Services Authority (NHSBSA) to build a next-generation workforce management platform for the National Health Service (NHS) in England and Wales — one of its largest public sector deals in Europe. Infosys will replace the existing Electronic Staff Record (ESR) and manage payroll for 1.9 million employees, handling over £55 billion annually. The AI-powered, cloud-based system will streamline HR, recruitment, and payroll functions while supporting the NHS 10-Year Health Plan.
