Inox Green Secures Lifetime O&M Deal for 182 MW Wind Projects

Mumbai, August 12, 2025: Inox Green Energy Services Ltd. (Inox Green), the country’s only listed pure-play renewable O&M service provider, has signed a landmark agreement with the renewable energy arm of one of India’s largest conglomerates for the comprehensive operations and maintenance (O&M) of 182 MW of operational wind capacity in western India. The deal has two key components: Conversion of 82 MW from limited-scope to comprehensive O&M services. Early renewal of comprehensive O&M for another 100 MW—finalised ahead of contractual expiry. The agreement covers the entire remaining operational life of these projects, all linked to shared infrastructure owned by Inox Green. CEO S.K. Mathu Sudhana hailed it as a “milestone” that brings the client’s entire wind fleet back under Inox Green’s fold, calling it evidence of “changing dynamics in the wind O&M space” and renewed customer trust. With more than 5 GW of renewable assets under management, Inox Green serves leading independent power producers, PSUs, and retail clients under long-term contracts.
