Jio Financial Services FY25, JFSL posted total income of ₹2,079 crore and PAT of ₹1,613 crore for the full year FY25
**Jio Financial Services – Q4 FY25 Results Summary**
Jio Financial Services Limited (JFSL) delivered a robust Q4 FY25, driven by growth across lending, payments, and digital platforms. Consolidated income for the quarter stood at ₹518 crore, up from ₹449 crore in Q3 FY25, led by interest income (₹276 crore), mutual fund gains (₹178 crore), and fee-based income (₹39 crore). Pre-provisioning operating profit (PPoP) rose to ₹374 crore, while profit after tax (PAT) increased to ₹316 crore from ₹295 crore in the previous quarter.
For the full year FY25, JFSL posted total income of ₹2,079 crore and PAT of ₹1,613 crore. NBFC arm Jio Finance Limited closed the year with assets under management (AUM) of ₹10,053 crore, a sharp rise from ₹173 crore a year ago. Jio Payments Bank expanded its customer base to 2.3 million and deposits to ₹295 crore. The JioFinance App hit 8 million monthly users, showcasing strong digital traction.
The company made strategic equity investments of ₹1,346 crore and announced a ₹0.50/share dividend. Backed by a tech-driven, data-intelligent framework, JFSL aims to become a leading financial services institution with a customer-centric, digital-first approach.
