Jio Financial Services Q2 FY26 Results: Strong Business Income and Tech-Led Expansion
Mumbai, October 16, 2025 — Jio Financial Services Limited (JFSL), the diversified digital-first financial company under Reliance Industries, reported a sharp rise in business income and strong traction across all verticals for the quarter ended September 30, 2025 (Q2 FY26).
The company’s consolidated total income rose 44% YoY to ₹1,002 crore, driven by growth in lending, payments, and asset management. Net business income surged 5× YoY to ₹317 crore, while profit after tax stood at ₹695 crore.
Jio Credit Limited’s AUM multiplied 12× YoY to ₹14,712 crore, with presence in 14 cities. The AMC business reported ₹15,980 crore in AUM, aided by the success of the Jio BlackRock Flexi Cap Fund.
Jio Payments Bank, now a wholly owned subsidiary, doubled its customer base to 2.95 million, while Jio Payment Solutions processed ₹13,566 crore in transactions, up 167% YoY. Jio Insurance Broking issued 2.9 lakh policies worth ₹347 crore, expanding across 100+ cities.
CEO Hitesh Sethia credited the performance to JFSL’s AI-led risk-calibrated scaling strategy and strong unit economics. With all major verticals gaining momentum, JFSL is rapidly evolving into a multi-vertical financial powerhouse built on technology, analytics, and scale.
