**Krishana Phoschem Reports Strong Q1 FY26 Results with Record Profitability** Krishana Phoschem Ltd (KPL), a key player in India’s fertilizer industry and part of the Ostwal Group, delivered robust financial performance in Q1 FY26, driven by strong demand, operational excellence, and its fully integrated manufacturing facilities. For the quarter ended June 2025, the company reported a **40.8% YoY increase in revenue to ₹395.5 crore**, supported by optimal capacity utilization across its fertilizer and backward integration units. **EBITDA surged 56.6% YoY to ₹65.6 crore, with margins expanding to a record 16.6%**, reflecting improved cost efficiencies. **PAT jumped 86.6% YoY to ₹30.6 crore**, with EPS nearly doubling to ₹4.95 from ₹2.65 in the previous year. Operationally, KPL achieved **92% utilisation in SSP and 81% in NPK/DAP Complex**, producing over 94,000 MT of fertilizers. The company also introduced two innovative products: **Bharat Urea SSP and Annadata Super 6**, aimed at enhancing soil health and crop productivity. Looking ahead, Krishana Phoschem is on track with its ₹142 crore expansion project at Meghnagar, targeting enhanced NPK/DAP and Sulphuric Acid capacities by March 2026. The management remains confident in sustaining healthy growth and delivering long-term shareholder value.
