Lupin to Present Phase 1 Clinical Data on STING Agonist LNP3693 at ESMO 2025

Global pharmaceutical major Lupin Limited announced that it will present Phase 1 clinical data for its investigational oncology candidate LNP3693 (STING agonist) at the upcoming ESMO Congress 2025 in Berlin, Germany, scheduled from October 17–21, 2025. The presentation, titled “A Phase 1 Dose Escalation Study of LNP3693 in Patients with Advanced or Metastatic Solid Tumors and Lymphoma,” will be featured in the Investigational Immunotherapy session (Presentation No. 1553P) on October 19, 2025. The data will highlight safety, pharmacokinetics, pharmacodynamics, and preliminary anti-tumor activity observed in the Phase 1a trial. LNP3693 is an investigational parenteral STING agonist designed to activate innate immune pathways, potentially improving treatment outcomes in oncology patients. The clinical trial is registered under CTRI/2023/10/059147.
