NBCC Secures ₹271 Crore Orders, Strengthens Order Book

State-owned construction major NBCC (India) Limited has received fresh work orders worth approximately ₹271.32 crore, providing a strong boost to its execution pipeline. The projects were awarded in the ordinary course of business and reflect the company’s continued leadership in government-backed infrastructure development. Out of the total orders, around ₹39 crore relates to construction assignments from The Institute of Cost Accountants of India (ICMAI) for developing chapter buildings at Chandigarh, Ranchi, and Baroda, along with a headquarters building at Lodhi Road and a Centre of Excellence building at Jaipur. The largest contract, valued at ₹232.13 crore, has been awarded by the Department of Fisheries, Uttarakhand for constructing the proposed Namami Ganga Aquarium cum Discovery Learning Centre at Rishikesh. All projects fall under NBCC’s core Project Management Consultancy segment, reinforcing its reputation as a preferred execution partner for public sector institutions. The orders are domestic in nature and do not involve any related-party transactions, ensuring transparency and compliance. With consistent government infrastructure spending and urban development focus, NBCC continues to build a strong and diversified order book. These new wins enhance revenue visibility and underline the company’s solid positioning in India’s public sector infrastructure ecosystem.
