NBCC Secures ₹3,700 Crore Rajasthan Urban Development Project

New Delhi, August 25, 2025 – NBCC (India) Limited announced that it has been appointed as the lead agency for a landmark urban development project in Rajasthan, with an estimated investment of approximately ₹3,700 crore. The project has received Cabinet approval from the Government of Rajasthan. The development, spread across 95 acres of RIICO land along Tonk Road, Jaipur, will include the Rajasthan Mandapam Convention Centre, a Global Capability Centre Tower, an IT Tower, luxury hotels, and commercial as well as residential infrastructure. A key highlight is the Rajasthan Mandapam Convention Centre, which will be built over 25 acres with a built-up area exceeding 2 lakh sq. mtr. and seating capacity of 7,000–7,500, positioning it as a world-class venue for large-scale conferences and global events.
