Oberoi Realty Reports Robust Q2 FY26 Results; PAT Jumps 80% QoQ to ₹759 Crore
Mumbai, October 15:
Oberoi Realty Limited reported a strong Q2 FY26 performance, driven by sustained residential sales and steady growth in commercial and retail portfolios.
The company posted a profit after tax (PAT) of ₹759.46 crore, an 80% jump from ₹421 crore in the previous quarter. Revenue rose 72% QoQ to ₹1,844.84 crore, while EBITDA climbed to ₹1,086.09 crore, reflecting operational strength and efficient execution.
For H1 FY26, Oberoi Realty recorded revenue of ₹2,918.82 crore and PAT of ₹1,180.46 crore, largely in line with ₹1,173.71 crore in H1 FY25. Bookings stood at ₹2,937.74 crore, indicating sustained demand for its premium developments.
Commenting on the results, Vikas Oberoi, CMD, said India’s resilient economy and rising aspirations continue to drive demand for premium real estate. “Our strong quarter was led by robust sustenance sales and traction in commercial and retail assets. The ramp-up in Sky City Mall and Commerz III highlights the appetite for experience-led developments,” he added.
The company also noted healthy leasing momentum at Sky City Mall, Borivali, and its new Gurugram office, marking expansion into the NCR market.
During the quarter, Oberoi Realty was recognized among India’s Best Workplaces for Women and received several awards for Oberoi Mall and Sky City Mall.
With a solid project pipeline and festive tailwinds, the company remains optimistic about continued growth across segments.
