Patanjali Foods Delivers Record FY26 Revenue, Crosses ₹40,000 Cr Milestone

Patanjali Foods Ltd. reported a strong FY26 performance, achieving its highest-ever annual revenue while continuing to strengthen its position in both the FMCG and edible oils segments. 🔹 Q4 FY26 Revenue stood at ₹11,155.6 Cr, registering a healthy 17.3% YoY growth. 🔹 The Edible Oils business remained the primary growth driver, generating ₹8,324.1 Cr in revenue during the quarter, up 23.3% YoY. 🔹 FMCG Revenue reached ₹2,890.5 Cr, reflecting the company's ongoing efforts to expand its branded product portfolio. 🔹 Q4 PAT came in at ₹524 Cr, while FY26 PAT stood at ₹1,815 Cr. 🔹 For the full year, Revenue from Operations reached a record ₹40,169.6 Cr, making FY26 the strongest year in the company's history. 🔹 The Board declared a Second Interim Dividend of ₹1.75 per share, taking the total FY26 dividend payout to ₹3.50 per share. The company continues to benefit from strong brand recognition, an extensive distribution network, and growing consumer demand across its product categories. While edible oils remain the largest contributor to revenue, the FMCG segment is increasingly driving profitability and value creation.
