Pidilite Industries Q2 FY26 Results: Net Profit Rises 9% YoY; Strong Consumer Segment Drives Growth

October 30, 2025 — Pidilite Industries Limited (NSE: PIDILITIND, BSE: 500331) reported a steady performance in the September quarter (Q2 FY26), supported by resilient demand in its Consumer & Bazaar segment and improved operational efficiencies. The company’s consolidated net profit stood at ₹585 crore, up 9% year-on-year, compared to ₹540 crore in Q2 FY25. Revenue from operations rose 10% YoY to ₹3,554 crore, aided by higher sales across both consumer and B2B categories. Operating profit margins remained healthy as input cost pressures continued to ease. On a standalone basis, Pidilite posted a net profit of ₹586 crore, up from ₹542 crore last year, while total income stood at ₹3,356 crore. The Consumer & Bazaar segment contributed a dominant share, recording revenues of ₹2,650 crore, while the B2B segment delivered ₹673 crore. During the quarter, the company completed a 1:1 bonus share issue, effectively doubling its equity base to ₹101.77 crore, and also paid a special interim dividend of ₹10 per share in August 2025. Pidilite continues to maintain a strong balance sheet with total assets of ₹13,897 crore and cash equivalents of ₹219 crore as of September 30, 2025.
