Tata Consultancy Services and ServiceNow Announce Multi-Year AI Partnership

India’s largest IT services company, Tata Consultancy Services (TCS), has entered into a multi-year strategic partnership with US-based enterprise workflow platform ServiceNow to accelerate large-scale AI adoption across global enterprises.
The collaboration aims to help organizations move beyond experimental AI pilots and embed **agentic AI** directly into core enterprise workflows. The focus will be on transforming back-office and operational functions such as HR, finance, supply chain, procurement, IT operations, and customer service into intelligent, autonomous systems.
Under the agreement, TCS will develop industry-specific AI solutions on the ServiceNow platform using a unified governance model and trusted AI architecture. These offerings will be delivered through TCS’ AI-led autonomous enterprise solutions portfolio, enabling businesses to modernize legacy systems and drive measurable business outcomes.
According to leadership from both companies, enterprises are now seeking partners who can deliver AI at scale with strong governance and execution capabilities. The partnership will combine TCS’ domain expertise and global delivery scale with ServiceNow’s AI-powered workflow platform.
A key highlight is that TCS is already the largest user of ServiceNow’s IT Asset Management solution, deploying it across thousands of devices within three months—demonstrating operational alignment and platform confidence.
The companies will also invest in co-innovation labs, solution showcases, and joint go-to-market initiatives.
TCS reported consolidated revenues of over **$30 billion** for FY25, reinforcing its ambition to become a global AI-led technology services leader.
