TCS Wins 5-Year Deal from SAP to Lead Global Cloud & GenAI Transformation

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has secured a significant five-year contract from SAP to modernize and streamline the tech giant’s global IT landscape. The deal aims to accelerate SAP’s enterprise-wide cloud adoption and enhance its Business AI capabilities, marking a major expansion of their two-decade-long partnership. TCS will establish four Centers of Excellence focused on Generative AI, Business Technology Platform, Business Data Cloud, and Customer Experience. These CoEs will support SAP in driving faster development cycles, lowering total cost of ownership, and boosting alignment between IT and business operations. The engagement will also strengthen the “SAP runs SAP” model by enabling seamless, AI-powered IT operations and improving innovation responsiveness across SAP’s global ecosystem.
