Board approved establishing a multi-specialty hospital in Dwarka, New Delhi, on 9.33 acres leased from the DDA for 55 years. The project, implemented via an SPV, carries an annual license fee of 33.3 Cr starting from the fifth year. Formal agreement execution is expected within one year.
