eyes Q4 FY26 listing for HealthCo amid major restructuring

plans to list its Apollo HealthCo arm by the fourth quarter of FY27, following a multi-layered restructuring. The hospital chain is also set to add approximately 3,650 operating beds over the next five years with an investment of Rs 8,300 crore, funded by internal accruals.
