step-down subsidiary Agneyastra Energetics signed an agreement with Andhra Pradesh Industrial Infrastructure Corporation to acquire a 949.65-acre land parcel in Madakasira for development of a defence manufacturing complex. The complex will include a high explosives plant, ammunition filling facility, and advanced defense capabilities.
