announced a $1 billion investment in its subsidiary Nxtra, led by Alpha Wave Global and Carlyle. The deal values Nxtra at $3.1 billion. Funds will accelerate AI-ready data center expansion from 300MW to 1GW capacity, strengthening Airtel's position in the high-growth digital infrastructure market.
