Semiconductor acquired over 65% of Kinetic Technologies, a US-based semiconductor company, for $93 million. Kinetic, which specializes in analog and mixed signal integrated circuits, reported $63 million in revenue in CY23 and $37 million in CY24, with a projected $41 million in CY25. The deal is expected to add 5% to Cyient's consolidated revenue and contribute 6% of its FY26 revenues.
