F.I.L.A.- Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A. sold 42.48 lakh

shares to Axis and SBI Mutual Funds at an average price of Rs 2,200. F.I.L.A.'s holding in DOMS has reduced to almost 19%. This sale occurred after DOMS reported a 17.1% YoY surge in its consolidated net profit to Rs 56.7 crore. DOMS Industries' revenue from operations rose 18.7% YoY to Rs 604 crore.
