F.I.L.A.- Fabbrica Italiana Lapis ed Affini S.p.A. sold 42.48 lakh $DOMS shares to Axis and SBI Mutual Funds at an average price of Rs 2,200. F.I.L.A.'s holding in DOMS has reduced to almost 19%. This sale occurred after DOMS reported a 17.1% YoY surge in its consolidated net profit to Rs 56.7 crore. DOMS Industries' revenue from operations rose 18.7% YoY to Rs 604 crore.
