invested ₹450 crore in its wholly owned subsidiary Exide Energy Solutions Limited through a rights issue on 25 March 2026, raising total investment to ₹4,802.23 crore. Exide Industries retains 100% ownership, and the funds will be used to establish a greenfield manufacturing facility, strengthening its energy solutions business.
