Q4 FY26 Consolidated Results YoY: NII at 41962 Cr vs 39793 Cr, up 5.5%. PPOP at 31112 Cr vs 29379 Cr, up 5.9%. PAT at 20351 Cr vs 18835 Cr, up 8.0%. Retail banking segment was the key driver with results growing 33.7% YoY while wholesale banking results remained flat. Board recommended a final dividend of 13.00 per share. Board also approved a significant fundraise of up to 60000 Cr through perpetual debt and Tier II capital bonds, and an investment of up to 1000 Cr in a preferential issue by its subsidiary, HDFC Life. NII at Rs 41,962 Cr in Q4 FY26, +5.5% YoY. PPOP at Rs 31,112 Cr, +5.9% YoY. Performance was bolstered by the retail banking segment where results expanded 33.7% YoY, offsetting flat results in wholesale banking and a 4.9% decline in insurance business earnings. Management approved raising up to Rs 60,000 Cr via debt instruments over the next twelve months to support growth.
