$HGINFRA Q4FY26 & FY26 results Consolidated Financial Highlights: Revenue from Operations: Consolidated revenue for Q4FY26 reached Rs. 14,268.09 million, growing 0.40% QoQ from Rs. 14,211.60 million and 4.84% YoY from Rs. 13,608.94 million. Annual revenue for FY26 was Rs. 52,346.74 million, up 3.53% over Rs. 50,561.82 million in FY25. Total Income: Total consolidated income for Q4FY26 was Rs. 14,353.53 million, up 0.74% QoQ from Rs. 14,248.36 million and 5.24% YoY from Rs. 13,639.08 million. The annual total income for FY26 stood at Rs. 52,627.14 million. Profit Before Tax (PBT): For Q4FY26, consolidated PBT was Rs. 1,129.15 million, representing a QoQ decrease of 18.77% from Rs. 1,390.07 million and a YoY decrease of 25.13% from Rs. 1,508.20 million. Annual consolidated PBT for FY26 was Rs. 4,546.75 million. Profit After Tax (PAT): Consolidated PAT for Q4FY26 was Rs. 940.83 million, up 11.17% QoQ from Rs. 846.26 million, but down 36.00% YoY from Rs. 1,470.08 million. For the full year FY26, consolidated PAT reached Rs. 3,298.09 million, a YoY decrease of 34.74% compared to Rs. 5,054.01 million in FY25.
