acquired an additional 2% shareholding in !ICICI Prudential Asset Management Company Ltd for ₹2,140 crore. The purchase price was for a 2% stake in ICICI AMC, which as of September 30, 2025, had total assets of ₹4,827 crore and reported a profit after tax of ₹1,618 crore in H1FY26. The acquisition will maintain ICICI Bank's majority stake in ICICI AMC.
