promoter IIHL Mauritius buys 100% stake in Sterling Bank, Bahamas

International Holdings Ltd has finalized its acquisition of Sterling Bank in the Bahamas. This follows their initial 51% stake purchase in September 2022. The Mauritius-based company now holds full ownership of the Bahamian bank. IndusInd International Holdings is a significant investor in the BFSI sector and is also the promoter of IndusInd Bank in India.
