has incorporated wholly owned subsidiaries in Nigeria and Zambia, marking the company's entry into African telecom infrastructure markets. Indus Towers Nigeria has a 100 mn Nigerian naira authorized share capital, while Indus Towers Infra Zambia has a 12.5 mn Zambian kwacha share capital. Both will operate in the telecom infrastructure segment under a Memorandum of Association.
