completes acquisition of MRE Consulting

has completed its $36 million acquisition of US-based MRE Consulting through its subsidiary, Infosys Nova Holdings. The deal strengthens Infosys’ expertise in energy trading and risk management, adding over 200 professionals and expanding its footprint in the energy, utilities, and healthcare sectors with new clients and capabilities.
