completes acquisition of 24 Mantra Organic brand owner Sresta Natural

has finalized its all-cash acquisition of Sresta Natural Bioproducts, the owner of '24 Mantra Organic brand', for Rs 472.50 crore. The deal, completed on June 13, 2025, includes an upfront payment and a deferred consideration. This acquisition will strengthen ITC's position in the rapidly expanding organic food sector, both domestically and internationally.
