Q3 consolidated revenue grew 21% YoY to ₹1230.66cr; PAT rose 9.6% to ₹236.83cr. Growth was led by Hotels and new Real Estate segments. Results include ₹84cr exceptional charges for new labor codes and cyclone-related inventory damage in Sri Lanka. Margins remained stable despite these headwinds.
