reported a 2% YoY decline in consolidated crude steel production to 23.66 lakh tonnes for February 2026. Domestic output fell 1% due to planned capacity upgrades at Vijayanagar, while US operations dropped 20% following weather disruptions and caster upgrades. Adjusted Indian volumes grew 8%.
