will be restructured into two entities: a pure-play hotel management and brand platform and Fleur Hotels, with 41 hotels and development capabilities, valued at ₹1,189 crore, with Warburg Pincus acquiring 26.01% stake and committing ₹960 crore in investments. The restructuring will be executed through a scheme of arrangement, expected to unlock value of Lemon Tree's business.
