The company has a strong presence in various housing markets and reported 1% growth in consolidated net profit at ₹956.9 crore in Q3 of 2025-26. Lodha also pledged ₹1 lakh crore to construct a data center park with a 2.5 GW capacity, expected to create over 16,000 jobs.
