MacRitchie Investments Pte. Ltd. plans to sell a 2.6% stake in $POLICYBZR , the parent company of Policybazaar and Paisabazaar, worth approximately ₹1,909 crore, through a block deal on Friday. MacRitchie will sell 1.19 crore equity shares at ₹1,604 per share, a 4.6% discount to the previous closing price, with Citi as the sole broker. This follows PB Fintech's strong Q4 FY26 results.
