Q2FY26 consolidated profit was ₹3,566.08 Crore, down 5.98% YoY. Revenue from operations was ₹11,475.95 Crore, up 1.76% YoY. The Board approved an interim dividend of ₹4.50/share and ₹6,000 Crore bank loan from SBI for funding requirements.
