and Syrma SGS acquired KSolare Energy Private Limited for Rs 170 crore. Premier will take a 51% stake for Rs 86.7 crore, while Syrma SGS will take 49% for Rs 83.3 crore. KSolare manufactures solar inverters and will operate as Premier Energies' subsidiary after the acquisition closes within 90 days.
