PVRINOX
became net cash positive in Q1 FY27, reflecting a strengthened financial position after a robust quarterly performance. A leading brokerage remains optimistic about the company, citing improving finances and a positive growth outlook. Strong upcoming movie releases are expected to sustain business momentum for the multiplex operator over the coming quarters. PVR Inox shares hit a 52-week high after announcing its first-ever share buyback to be considered on August 31. The stock is up 22% YTD but trades 40% below its all-time high. Analysts say the buyback’s size and price, movie pipeline strength, and sustained earnings growth will determine further re-rating, amid an improved balance sheet and robust June quarter.
