RELIANCE

Consumer Products, a FMCG arm of Reliance Industries led by Mukesh Ambani, acquired a majority stake in Udhaiyams Agro Foods for an undisclosed deal. Reliance Consumer Products now holds the food company and Tamil Nadu's heritage nutrition brand Udhaiyam. The deal adds strength to Reliance's FMCG portfolio.
