announced Reliance Enterprise Intelligence Ltd became a step-down subsidiary after a 85.32 crore share allotment. Reliance Intelligence got 59.66 crore shares for ₹596.6 crore, and Facebook Overseas, Inc, a Meta subsidiary, got 25.66 crore shares for ₹256.6 crore. Post-allotment, Reliance Intelligence holds 70% and Facebook holds 30% of REIL's equity.
